| In order to provide you, the client, with the best service possible, HostAfric has implemented some policies in order to make the design process as smooth and effective as possible for all parties.

|
1. Contract: HostAfric always requires a contract before engaging in our services. This protects both the interest of yourself and us. |
|
|
|
2. Estimations: Project estimations will be valid for 30 days after initial estimate. After this time period, estimations must be reconsidered. |
|
|
|
3. Retainer: HostAfric requires a 50% retainer fee after contract signing and before work can commence. |
|
|
|
4. Content: HostAfric also requires all content for the project before we can begin the design of the project. Content includes all text, photos, contact information, etc. The content must be sent in .doc or .txt format except in certain circumstances where we may require a different file type, in which case we will notify you.
Text must be checked for grammatical and spelling errors. We do not do copy editing work. If this is a service you will require, you should let us know in advance so that we can locate a professional copy editor to do this for you.
In addition, if you will require stock photos for your project, you should let us know in advance so that we can estimate this into the project. All content must be provided within 10 business days after the retainer in order to avoid delays in the project. This will allows us complete the project as quickly as possible.

5. Point of Contact: You will be required to varnish us with 1 contact person from your organization. This person should be in charge of all contact with HostAfric and of all approvals. |

|
|
6. Period of Changes: During the different steps of the process, you will be granted a certain amount of changes and correction in each step. The specifications of this are outlined in our contract. |
|
|
|
7. Notification of Delay: If you will become unreachable or have a delay for any reason, we need to be notified in order to make other arrangements. Failure to do this will result in your project being put on hold until we are able to resume work on it. |

8. Business Hours: HostAfric operates from Monday – Friday, not including holidays. If you will need our services beyond these hours, you will be charged an hourly rate of $65.00 |

|
9. Additional Upgrades: Any addition to your web site or project including extra pages, additional text, additional photos, additional features (forums, blogs, forms, etc) after initial estimation will increase the total cost of the project. Please let us know of any upgrades you will need as soon as possible in advance so that we can make preparations for this. |

|
|
10. Browser Compatibility: HostAfric makes every effort to make all web sites compatible for the most popular web browsers including Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6, Firefox, and Mozilla, however, we cannot guarantee that your web site will look or function exactly the same way, in all browsers. |

11. Maintenance: HostAfric charges a regular hourly fee of $55 for all maintenance work and regular graphic design work. For custom programming such as flash, php, javascript, and other services, please contact us to get a free quote. |

|
12. Final Payment: Final payment is due on all projects before project files are divulged or the web site is uploaded to your web server. The client will be able to check the final project published at a private location on our server for the final corrections and approvals. We cannot make any exceptions on this policy. |

If you are in a rush, please make your financial arrangements before the project begins so we can make sure to do everything within your time constraint. We will allow 10 business days after site completion for payment. If the final payment has not been met by this time, you will be charged an 8% penalty fee of the remaining balance and an additional 5% of accrued balance every month thereafter. |

13. Plagiarism: It is the clients responsibility to provide authentic content. HostAfric does not encourage and will not knowingly accept unauthorized content. If we notice that any content has not been authorized for use from the original author, we will immediately remove the content from your site and may even take down your web site. |
